Alex Conrad
Before starting Conrad Equestrian, I attended Boston University in the pre-med program and have a degree in Human Physiology. I went on to work for top event riders like Beth Perkins, Ashley MacVaugh and Ryan Wood.
I established Conrad Equestrian in 2018 and developed a successful training and teaching business in Millbrook, NY where I specialized in bringing young horses along for their owners. I coached riders of all levels and have had success with many unconventional horses. I can be found competing all over the East Coast nearly every weekend with horses beginning their career to the upper levels of the sport.
I am very excited about the recent move to Cochranville, PA. It is an amazing opportunity to train out of Windurra USA alongside Boyd and Silva and I am looking forward to this next chapter in my career. I am thankful to work with a great team of horses and people every day. The training and sales aspect of the business has really taken off. The days are busy but we all enjoy what we do.
There are so many who have cheered me on along the way. One of my favorite things about the sport of eventing are the people you meet along the way who become family. Having a successful eventing business and competing at the Advanced level has been my dream for many years. It has been pretty special to watch it come true.
